ELTE has connections with international partner institutions all over the world. International students come from over 80 countries and international academic research cooperations are developed within and outside Europe too.
ELTE has the most intensive cooperation in education and research in Europe. ELTE actively participates in the Erasmus+ program and it plays an active role in a number of university networks.
Cooperations with partner intitutions in Asia are supported by the Erasmus credit mobility program and within the framework of institutional bilateral agreements.
Recently, new partnerships have been established with partners in Africa, in the Americas and in Oceania under the Erasmus credit mobility program and institutional bilateral agreements.
The geographical overview of ELTE partners contains data from August 2017. We used the United Nations Geoscheme (devised by the United Nations Statistics Division) to divide countries into regional groups.
