For awarded outgoing participants
CEEPUS - For awarded outgoing participants
I. Grant support
The CEEPUS scholarship is awarded and paid by the host country, therefore the amount is different in every country. Each country declares how many scholarship months they are able to fund in each year, i.e. for how many months in total they are able to host students and teachers.
The CEEPUS scholarship is a monthly rate, there is no need for the participant to provide an itemised list supported by invoices at the end of the mobility. The same scholarship amount applies to both Network and Freemover mobilities. If a grant holder does not stay in the host country for the full length of the period specified in his/her award, he/she may be required to pay back the amount of the scholarship. Months cannot be split.
For more information on the current scholarship rates and additional financial support, please visit the CEEPUS central website and look at the information provided by the National CEEPUS Offices. In some countries, the scholarship may be supplemented by the reimbursement of accommodation or cafeteria.
Scholarship rates per country are available here.
If you have any questions about your CEEPUS scholarship, please contact the coordinator of your host institution or the National CEEPUS Office of the host country.
II. Closing your mobility
