Stipendium Hungaricum is a scholarship programme for foreign students, founded by the Hungarian Government in 2013. The programme aims to promote cultural understanding, economic and cultural relations between Hungary and other countries. The Department of Erasmus+ and International Programmes is responsible for the implementation of the programme at ELTE.
