In case of co-authored presentations, each author must submit a separate application, but only the lead author needs to upload the abstract. The abstract should be between 1,500 and 2,500 characters (maximum ¾ of a page, including any figures).

The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a group of experts. Applicants will receive feedback regarding the acceptance of their proposals. Presentations based on accepted abstracts must be submitted in the form of pre-recorded video presentations by 20th November, following the notification.

Video submission specifications:

• Length of the video presentation: 8–10 minutes

• Video format: mp4

• The video should not include background music
