To this end, it agreed (Government Resolution 1186/2022 (III. 28.)) on the introduction of the Stipendium Hungaricum Students at Risk sub-program, is available for Ukrainian and international students with Stipendium Hungaricum partner third-country citizenship who started their studies in Ukraine either as full-time or part-time students and who had a student status at any recognised Ukrainian higher education institutions on 24 February 2022.

Within the Students at Risk Programme, two different Calls for Applications are available:

Call for Application for Ukrainian citizens (including those with dual citizenship, except for Ukrainian-Hungarian dual citizens)

Call for Application for international students with third-country citizenship from countries listed in the Call for Application

The Application period is now open!

Submitted applications are accepted until 31 May 2022 for Ukranian citizens.

The Application period is over for third-country students fleeing the war in Ukraine.

The application and the evaluation of the applications are continuous. This means that places are filled on a first come, first served basis! We strongly suggest submitting the application as soon as possible!
