In October 2015 Eötvös Loránd University has established the ELTE Center at the Beijing Foreign Studies University with the aim of increasing the visibility of ELTE in China and encouraging the cooperation in research and teaching.

The director of the ELTE Center in China is Ms. Eszter Knyihár.
