“I like the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, learn about their culture and points of view.”
Why ELTE?
ELTE is in the ranking of the 500 best universities of the world and it is considered a research university which is the field I would like to pursue in the future.
What do you like most about being a student at ELTE?
I like the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, learn about their culture and points of view; in addition, I like that my professors are active researchers.
What are the challenges in your study program?
Reading academic and scientific content in a foreign language is one of the biggest challenges as well as the Hungarian language, because as a child psychologist I need to interact with children in my practice, but unfortunately, I don’t speak Hungarian.
How do you think your degree will help you in your life and career?
I believe it would be essential for my future goals. I would like to pursue a PhD and work in research; therefore, everything I’m learning helps me achieve that.
Do you have any recommendations for future students at ELTE?
To work really hard on their studies because they have an opportunity that maybe many would like to but do not have. At the same time to enjoy the experience of living abroad and to open their minds to new people and experiences.
