ELTE Faculty of Law - Seminar on Legal and Social Theory II

Alexandra Mercescu is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the West University of Timisoara, Romania where she teaches legal theory and methodology, philosophy of law, comparative public law and academic writing. She holds a master’s (on globalization and legal pluralism) and a PhD degree in comparative law from La Sorbonne, Paris (for which she obtained the 1st prize of the Centre français de droit comparé).
