CENTRAL Scholarship for PhD students

Details of the call

Candidates must be enrolled as doctoral students at the University of Warsaw, the University of Vienna, Charles University or ELTE Budapest at the time of their application. The research visit must bear a clear relation to the doctoral project (e.g. research activities, academic consultations, participation in colloquia, etc.). The dissertation supervisor at the home institution is expected to show his/her support for the research visit by writing a 'letter of support'. It should also be ensured that supervision is provided by an academic supervisor (with at least a doctoral degree) at Humboldt-Universität.

The research visit has to be concluded no later than the end of January 2019. The scholarship amount for visits to Humboldt-Universität is currently a payment of 1250 €.

4. short letter of invitation from the academic supervisor at Humboldt-Universität
