International offices in higher education institutions are at the core of promoting student mobility and key for the successful mobility journey of the students. The Erasmus+ App can help them in that! The one-day event aims to present what the Erasmus+ App offers to the European Higher Education community with a special focus on how it can further support international mobility. Participants will explore the exciting features the App can offer the higher education community in general and students in particular through learning from first hand experience of successful implementation by HEI and students’ feedback. We will also take a glance on the potential of the Erasmus+ App and how it can further serve the community examining future improvements of E+ mobility management.
During the workshop sessions we aim to brainstorm and learn from best practices on how to better engage mobile students in using the App involving representatives of various multiplier groups (e.g. IROs, student organisations) in the discussion. Via a dedicated workshop session we will present and exchange HEI experiences on using the App for managing student mobility. We are also inviting participants for an interactive brainstorming session to share opinions on the future role and desired functionalities of the App.
All stakeholders are warmly welcome to attend the event with particular focus on the participation of IROs and representatives of potential multiplier organisations.
